At the request of the resident (outdoor) feline, no accommodations are available for guest pets.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Advance reservations:
Reservations may be confirmed with personal check, cash, or valid credit card guarantee. A deposit of the daily rate for a one night reservation or 50% of a multiple night reservation must be received within one week after the reservation is made to confirm your dates. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa, are accepted. A written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit/guarantee. Full balance is due upon arrival. Note exception*
Cancellations:
If cancellations are made more than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be refunded, less $10.00 per reserved day for handling. If cancellations are made less than 14 days in advance and those dates are subsequently rebooked, the deposit will be refunded less $10.00 per reserved day for handling. All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a minimum $10.00 handling charge regardless of date of cancellation or date change. Reservations guaranteed with credit card and subsequently cancelled are subject to the same policy as those guaranteed by advance deposit of cash or check and card holders will be held responsible for the deposit amount. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Note exception**
